ALC "Plant of automatic dosing systems"  offers several options for organizing ACS technological processes for enterprises producing concrete mixtures, as well as automation of dispensing lines in the chemical and metallurgical industries. At the choice of the consumer, any of these options can be implemented.

Automated control system for technological processes for the preparation of concrete mixtures provides:

- high accuracy of dosing of the components of the mixture

- possibility of automatic change of the dosing mass

- automatic control of the moisture content of sand and moisture content of the solution

- output of data for reporting by the number of manufactured concrete and quantity

- Expended materials for any given period of time

- constant diagnostics of mechanisms and equipment

- an unlimited number of recipes

- management of the work of the BSU and storage of components

The master controller (MK-200) is part of the control system for metering devices. It is intended for controlling from 1 to 8 batchers in manual, semiautomatic (when using an internal table for 100 receptors) and automatic (when operating from PC) mode. For visual control of the dosing process, the display unit can be supplied, which is connected directly to the MK-200. The master controller also keeps track of the amount of the dosed material. The use of the MK-200 in the system when running from a PC significantly increases the reliability of the system, as it is possible at any time to switch to semi-automatic or manual control. The display unit of the master controller is designed for simultaneous visual monitoring of several dispensers (from two to eight). It is connected directly to the master controller MK-200.

For more complete and clear control and management of the dosing system, it is possible to connect the MK-200 Master Controller to a personal computer via the standard RS-232C I / O interface.
The computer monitor displays the mimic diagram of the BSU and monitors the condition of not only the dispensers but also the accumulators of the components of the concrete mix (loading level), controls the vibrator system to ensure the normal flow of the components.
Keeps an unlimited number of recipes and keeps records of the work of all dispensers for components, generates reports for the required period of time - shift, day, month, year.
Informs the operator about the system malfunctions and their causes. It directs the flows of the dosed components to the appropriate mixer, keeps records of orders for the shipment of ready-mixed concrete.
The complex system of batching of concrete mix components increases the productivity of the batching plant by a factor of 1.5-2, the quality of the concrete mix, provides significant savings in materials (especially cement), and increases the production culture.

The controller of the port (KP-200) is designed to match the connection of the master controller (MK-200), the master controller (MKS-100) with a personal computer, if it exists in the control system.

Provides high-speed and high-quality PC data exchange with master controllers through standard RS-485 I / O interface.

The dosing controller (CD-200) is a part of the control system of the BSU. It performs the following functions: communicates via the standard RS-485 I / O interface with the master controller (MK-200), provides control signals to the coils of the dispenser of the dispenser, and has inputs for connecting the damper position sensors. Designed to control one single or multi-component dispenser.

The Master Mixer Controller (MKS-100) is designed to control one or two mixers, as well as the vibrators of the drives (up to 8 pcs.) And the flaps of the feed paths. The control is carried out by feeding signals to the control cabinet of the mixer. Data exchange with PC via standard RS-485 interface.

To work in the automated mode of the set of dispensers, a master controller (MK-200) is used.
In the adjustment mode, the operation of the feeders, the dosing parameters and their limit values, the loading and unloading of the dispenser are made; input of recipes of dosed components, sequence of their unloading.
In the manual mode, the setting of dose values, the selection of the feeder, the loading and unloading of the dispenser are carried out.
In the automatic mode, the preset is selected and the "Start" command starts from the operator panel in automatic mode, loading all components and unloading them, after confirming by the operator of the mixing compartment to accept the dose of the components. After unloading, the dispensers are automatically loaded according to the selected recipe. At the same time, the quantity of batch-on-demand is controlled.
