The dispenser is designed for dosing cement with prescribed doses with specific gravity up to 1350 kg / m3. The principle of the dispenser is based on the transformation of the values of the weight of the material being weighed in the load receptor, using strain gauges into an electrical signal proportional to the weight of the load.
The electrical signal from the load cells is fed into the dosing controller, which, by changing it into a digital code, and after the conversion, the results of the weighing are fed to the master controller. The cement is fed into the weighing device of the dispenser by two twin-screw feeders. A twin-screw screw feeder provides more accurate dosing, since in "accurate" mode, cement is fed by a small-diameter screw.
