Pyrolysis boilers from the manufacturer in Ukraine
Solid fuel boilers are increasingly gaining popularity due to the instability of gas supply and the constant rise in prices. Therefore, owners of private homes, premises or businesses install solid fuel boilers. One of the varieties of this type of boilers are pyrolysis boilers. Pyrolysis boilers use fuel (coal, briquettes, firewood) to heat water (or air), which is supplied for heating. Due to the special design, the released volatiles are also used for heating.
The exhaust gases decompose and give a good heating effect, which can be obtained by combustion of any solid materials. Most often you can find the second name of these boilers - gas-fired boilers "GK", and the designation "PC" - pyrolysis boilers.
It is possible to buy a saw-cut copper both for the industrial purposes, and for household. Of course, it is desirable to take into account the specifics of the object based on its dimensions and climate in general. Pyloric combustion boilers must be selected for power to avoid redundancy or lack of this parameter. Also, depending on the power, most of the parameters of the boiler change. For example, maximum load or efficiency and others.
The principle of operation of the pyrolysis boiler
Loaded firewood, or other materials, are set on fire and covered with a door, while the smoke extractor is turned on. It will begin to circulate air and thus maintain combustion. The smoke enters the grate (which is already loaded with solid fuel), while mixing with ordinary air and it turns out that pyrolysis is maintained for a long time. Carbon dioxide and carbohydrates get into the fuel from below, which further dries it and gives a big plus to the burning time. Such boilers can really be called long-burning.
If we consider the option of firewood, then pyrolysis (thermal decomposition) is very effective. The high temperature and low level of oxygen in the system decomposes the wood into wood gas and coal. That together burns out for a long time at high efficiency.
Pyrolysis combustion boilers must be of reliable quality, because a very high combustion temperature with a strong flame affects the entire boiler. More than 1000 ° C - this is the temperature reached in the lower chamber. Water or air heats up very quickly and stays in the system for a long time. The maximum water temperature at the outlet is 90 ° C.
Pyrolysis boilers are considered to be much more efficient than simple solid fuel boilers. Their principle of heating is very different from others and has its advantages. Horizontal combustion from top to bottom increases the combustion time, which can be attributed to the advantages of this type of boiler.
Advantages of pyrolysis type boilers:
- Prolonged burning.
- Ability to automate air supply.
- Minimum residues after combustion.
- Possibility to use wide and not dried firewood.
- Two-stage burnout.
- Low emissions.
